Music Played and Requests
Our DJ's will use their own expertise and play music that is fit for your event and that appeals to you, your guest and dance floor, all music requests are welcomed on the day.
Music is the most important part of your disco and we want to get this right for you. We encourage you to fill in our DJ information form and select songs from our Song List to help build more of an understanding of your music chose.
If the DJ information form or song list is not returned, no need to worry, our DJ’s will use their own knowledge, expertise and take customers music requests to create the party music.

Thank You for You Music Requests
Alltrack Promotions will email you a DJ Information form and Song List with your booking confirmation, to specify your music requests or this can be done as indicated below.
Fill in the DJ Information Form, for the genre of music and with the Song List insert an X in the column indicating the songs you want playing (approximately up to 10 songs per hour) and then email back to us.
The DJ Information form will also inform us of any first/last dances, the evenings agenda, whether you have a band/artist playing and with any speeches or presentations to take place and times.
NOTES:
Your DJ Information Form and Song List must be returned at least 4 weeks prior to the event. And our Music Song List is updated at the end of every month, so can be done near to the time of your event.

If you have any specific songs or genre you want playing at your event, then click and download/view the links below.
Supplying Your Own Music
At Alltrack Promotions we also give you the opportunity to supply your own music, this must be in the format of MP3 (none explicit) songs and on a USB memory stick.
It is advisable to send your memory stick to Alltrack Promotions, once you have your music on it, so we can check it’s compatible with our DJ software, at least 4 weeks prior to your event, we will return your memory stick back on the night.
Alternatively, if you only have a few songs, you can email us the MP3 track’s or send us a link to the required tracks.
